Meet Natalie

With a love for the performing arts, and a style of her own, Natalie Nicole Ragins has found her gift in music, and is setting the standard for generations to come. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Middle School Education, Ragins never left her first love of music. Instead, she utilizes her formal training in Language Arts and Social Studies to well round her destiny as a musician, writer, and producer.

Born in Atlanta, Ragins developed her unusual interest in music at the age of 3. This fascination with music convinced Ragins’ mother, Margaret, to enroll her in a weekend arts program. Initially, Ragins participated in dance and gymnastics classes, but quickly turned her attention elsewhere. At the age 6, she transitioned herself to the arena of art and drama-making her first “big decision”. She began studying the saxophone but her interest in the piano soon developed. Ragins enrolled in a piano class by the age of twelve. Soon after, she was playing for a local church. By the age of 18, Ragins was writing songs, and performing on the piano, organ, keyboards/synthesizers, etc…. Ragins’ gift and passion for music has taken her throughout the country and abroad to places such as: Bermuda, France, England, Germany, Sweden, Mexico, Suriname, Canada, Cotê d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Ghana, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, South Africa, various Caribbean Islands, etc…

The artistry of Natalie Ragins has gifted her the opportunities to collaborate with: Donnie McClurkin, Avery Sunshine, Tyler Perry, John P.
